1. Service description

The Eastern Ink ("we", "us", "the Service") provides tools to create tattoo-oriented designs with cultural context. AI is used only to generate text (for example meanings, explanations, and related copy). Blueprint and image outputs are not produced by generative AI; they are rendered or composed through our non-AI image pipeline.

2. Acceptable use and prohibited content

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Request, generate, or distribute NSFW, adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic content, including through prompts intended to elicit such AI text output.
• Violate applicable laws, infringe others' rights, harass, defraud, or harm minors.
• Reverse engineer, overload, or misuse the Service or its APIs.

We may refuse, limit, remove, or terminate access or content that violates these rules, at our reasonable discretion and where permitted by law.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information where required. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account.

4. Fees and payment

Certain high-resolution blueprint or delivery features may require a one-time unlock payment. You pay only if you choose to purchase a design you like; there is no obligation to pay for previews or work you do not wish to keep. Current unlock pricing is shown on our website (for example $9.9 where applicable) and at checkout; the price at checkout prevails if they differ.

Payments are processed by our payment provider (for example Stripe). Refunds and charge disputes are handled according to our posted refund policy and the provider's rules where applicable.

5. Intellectual property and license

You retain rights in your prompts and inputs as permitted by law. We retain rights in the Service, branding, and our non-AI rendering pipeline. Use of deliverables is subject to the license terms presented at purchase where applicable.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Cultural and artistic interpretations are for inspiration only and are not medical, legal, or professional tattoo advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
